First Care Of New York is a New York State Licensed Homecare Service Agency which has a special division focused on Private duty home care services.
What is Private Duty Homecare services? 

1. These are services that are provided by a home care aide, companion, homemaker in the client's home or place of residence.

2. The cost of care is not covered by government entitlement programs (Medicare or Medicaid).

3. The Cost of Care is solely covered by the client. Common payment methods for covering the cost of private duty home care is through long term care insurance, out of pocket, or a reverse mortgage.
