NURSING CARE

A New York State Licensed RN provides skilled nursing care, prescribed treatments administers medications and other services in accordance with the plan of care and consistent with the medical regime. Teaches and demonstrates in so far as possible, health care techniques or procedures to client and the client’s family.
Continuously assesses and evaluates the quality of services delivered in order to ensure the highest possible level of care and customer satisfaction. Demonstrates assertive and creative problem solving ability by identifying problems affecting customer satisfaction, service quality and efficiency and makes recommendations for improvement.
